Reflection on Communicative Tool

Communicative Tool:

Communicative tools are the ways people share ideas, feelings, and information with each other. These tools include speaking, writing, using body language, pictures, and even technology. For example, talking face-to-face, giving a speech, writing a letter, sending a text, or making a video are all ways we communicate. Communicative tools in education are the different ways teachers and students share ideas, ask questions, and learn from each other. So from many communicative tools I found zoom more interesting and engaging.

How Zoom is helpful in teaching and learning?

I believe that using communicative tools in teaching and learning is very helpful because they make lessons easier to understand and more interesting. I have used Zoom for online classes, and I found it very useful. It allowed me to attend lessons, ask questions, and interact with teachers and classmates, even when I couldn’t be there in person.

In college, Zoom and other online tools are helpful for joining programs, seminars, and workshops from anywhere. This gives me more chances to learn new things and take part in different activities. I enjoy using tools like videos, slides, and class discussions because they help me focus and understand topics better. I also feel more confident when I speak in group discussions or give presentations. Communicative tools make learning more flexible, easy, and fun for me.

I participated in the YPeer Club, where students from various colleges came together to share opinions and engage in thoughtful discussions. It was a great opportunity to hear diverse perspectives and develop my communication skills. Using Zoom as the primary tool made participation easy and effective, allowing us to connect from different locations without any barriers. The virtual format also encouraged open dialogue and active engagement from everyone involved. This experience was very helpful for my personal growth, as it boosted my confidence, improved my ability to express ideas clearly, and taught me the value of respectful, inclusive collaboration.

During college, the use of Zoom has helped me a lot. It provided the flexibility to attend sessions regardless of time and place, making it easier to stay consistent with my studies. Whether I was at home or traveling, I could still join classes, participate in discussions, and access learning materials without interruption. This convenience played a significant role in maintaining my academic progress and allowed for better time management. Overall, it made the learning process more accessible and adaptable to different situations, which was especially valuable during challenging or unpredictable times.

Overall, Zoom has played a key role in making communication smoother and learning more flexible in both academic and extracurricular settings.
